Delivery Information

Deliveries can be made to Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Switzerland, USA and the United Kingdom addresses only.

PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.

We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time period set out below but we cannot give an exact delivery time and date.

If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

United Kingdom Delivery (3-5 working days)

Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.95.

Deliveries are made by courier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

FREE DELIVERY: Applies to Orders over £100 to the UK.
This offer will be applied automatically to qualifying baskets at the checkout.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Due to severe weather conditions in some parts of the UK, please be advised some deliveries may be delayed in the UK. Please be assured our courier will endeavour to deliver your parcel as soon as possible

European Delivery (7-10 working days)

We currently deliver to Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic and Switzerland.

Postage and Packing for all European deliveries is at a standard charge of £7.95.

For European deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

USA Delivery (5-12 working days)

Postage and Packing for all USA deliveries is at a standard charge of £10.00.

For USA deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday and until 1.00 PM on Saturday.

General Information for all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define which Products may be delivered to your country.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. Monsoon Accessorize Ltd do not offer any assistance in this process.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.

All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
