Sale Items and Returns

Please note, Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.


Returns

The below is applicable only to orders placed via this website. Items bought in one of our Monsoon or Accessorize stores must be returned to store.

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders. For orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, please see the section below.

We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to do this in one of our stores depending on availability and territory.

Pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

In addition, all Boutique homeware and gift products, Bedding, Lighting, Cushions and Curtains must be returned directly to us via post. Our branches will not be able to process refunds or exchanges for these products.

Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to (within) 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (following receipt of your goods).

You must inform our Website Customer Services of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

For full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, please contact your local Trading Standards office or Citizens' Advice Bureau. Where free returns are not available, we do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money including the initial postage charge as soon is as reasonably possible but no later than 30 days of our receipt of your request to cancel the order. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.


There are 3 simple ways to return an item:

1) Return to one of our Monsoon or Accessorize stores (UK and ROI only)

You may return your Monsoon or Accessorize products to any Monsoon or Accessorize store within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.

Please note, Only Monsoon products (including Bridal, Originals, Fusion and Monsoon Lingerie) may be returned to a Monsoon branch and can no longer be returned to Accessorize branches.

Monsoon Children's products can be returned to any branch stocking the Children's range.

As all of our Monsoon and Accessorize branches stock Accessorize product, you may return Accessorize products to any branch.

Please ensure you have your despatch note as proof of purchase.

Customers with orders shipped outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are no longer able to return items in store and should use the postal option detailed below for all returns.

If you have purchased your order on our website in Sterling, but wish to return it to one of our Republic of Ireland branches, you will receive your refund in Euros as this is the currency they trade in. Our local exchange rate will be applied to the transaction, which may be subject to change. Should you wish to obtain your refund in Sterling, then please use option 2, below.


2)New Free Returns via Collect+ (UK only)

Monsoon has partnered with Collect+ to allow our UK customers to return items at over 3,800 local stores, most of which are open early until late, 7 days a week, making returns as convenient as possible for you.

All you need to do is:

1. Complete your returns information on the despatch/returns note included in your order

2. Peel off the Collect+ returns label included in your order and attach it to your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered over. If you have lost your label, you can print a new one from www.collectplus.co.uk/monsoon-accessorize

3. Simply take your parcel to any of the 3,800 local stores offering Collect+ services. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online (track at www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new)

4. You can find you nearest store at www.collectplus.co.uk/monsoon-accessorize. You can also text COLLECT and your postcode (e.g. COLLECT NG23 5HD) to 84555. Texts from 84555 are Free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions are available at www.collectplus.co.uk/smsterms

Please note that Homeware items must be returned directly to us via post. Only items ordered on Monsoon.co.uk can be returned using the Collect+ service. Items must have the correct Collect+ label attached. Full Collect+ terms and conditions can be found at www.collectplus.co.uk/terms-and-conditions


3) Returns by post (FREE for UK returns)

United Kingdom customers can return items to us free of charge using the label attached to your despatch note. For items being returned from outside the UK, you will need to pay for the returns postal charges.

To return items by post, please follow the instructions below:

1. Complete the Returns section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods including reason for return. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.

2. Take the parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot. If you are issued with a Certificate of Postage, you should retain this until the refund is processed.

3. Return to the following address:

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. Please ensure you use the address above for returns as we are not able to process these at our head office.

Please note that International customers will receive a refund in their local currency at their bank or card issuer's exchange rate.
