Return Policy

To cancel an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products.

To return an order

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to do this in one of our stores depending on availability. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

There are 2 simple ways to return an item:

UK customers

To Store
1. Return the goods to your nearest branch with your Despatch Note for an immediate Refund or Exchange.

By Post
1. Complete the bottom section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods.
2. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for this (or 14 days for sale items).
