Terms and Conditions
1. This Offer entitles the holder to a saving of 25% on a single transaction on full price Monsoon items only. (Offer excludes Accessorize and sale items).
2. This Offer is valid in Monsoon stores in the UK and Ireland and online between 25th November – 7th December 2009, excluding Sale stores and Airside airport stores. Offer not valid on Home Delivery items.
3. To claim this Offer online, use the promotional code: mon25.
4. This Offer is not available in conjunction with staff discount.
5. This Offer cannot be used to purchase Monsoon or Accessorize gift vouchers or Giftcards, top-up or used towards payment of any outstanding balance on a Monsoon Accessorize store card.
6. No cash or any other alternative will be given, and this Offer can only be redeemed once.
7. A voucher must be handed to a member of staff at time of purchase, unless purchasing online.
8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
9. Photocopied, damaged, defaced or expired vouchers will not be accepted.
10. Items bought in store in conjunction with this offer may be returned in store within 7 days of purchase upon production of receipt. Items bought online in conjunction with this offer may be returned in store or to Webstore Returns within 14 days of purchase, despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
11. The return value of the items purchased using this Offer shall be the applicable return value under the Monsoon Accessorize return policy less the percentage discount obtained.
12. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
