Do you offer a next day delivery?

At present we don’t offer a next day delivery. Currently, delivery takes 5-7 working days for the UK and 10 working days for ROI. Delivery is made Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and a signature will be required.



How can I return any unsuitable items?

Unsuitable items can be returned to your local store for an immediate refund or exchange, if within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can return the item to our warehouse using the retun label. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund when returning your item via this method. Regrettably, we do not offer an exchange facility with this particular returns option.



I’ve seen an item on the Website that I would like to purchase but it doesn’t have an ‘Add to Bag’ icon.

Regrettably, this item is now out of stock on our Website and will shortly be removed from the site. You can alternatively, try our Home Delivery department on 0844 811 0068 and they may be able to assist you further with your desired purchase, subject to stock availability in our stores. Please note that Home Delivery are unable to place orders for sale items.



I’ve placed an order on the Website but no longer want it, what can I do?

Whole orders may be cancelled the same day the order was placed. To do this, please contact our Website Customer Service department on 0844 811 0069 and our advisors will be happy to assist you. If you wish to cancel an order on subsequent days, your order would already have been processed. As such, we recommend that you return the item(s) back to your local store for a full refund (please see above).



Can you tell me where my local store is?

Can I use my gift vouchers to purchase items via the Website?

At present, we are unable to accept vouchers as payment via our Website. However, they can be used in any of our Monsoon or Accessorize stores across the UK.



I’m trying to place an order on the Website and it’s asking me for a postcode, but I live in ROI.

When entering your details there will be an option which says ‘Don’t know my postcode’ please use this option when entering your address for the ROI. Alternatively, you can contact our Website Customer Service department and they will be happy to assist you further.



I am using a credit/debit card that is registered outside the UK but the Website won’t allow me to process my purchase.

Currently, the Website will only accept credit/debit cards that are registered to the UK. However, if you have a delivery address within the UK, you can try our Home Delivery department on 0844 811 0068 and they may be able to assist you further, subject to stock availability in our stores.
