Everything we do centres around our Behavioural Framework and by utilising this we strive to ensure that everyone at Monsoon Accessorize receives the appropriate training and development and has clear guidelines about how to meet their job role responsibilities.
Training at Monsoon Accessorize is a priority and largely takes the form of practical 'on the job' development, supported by training courses and development programmes attended where appropriate. In-house training resources are used regularly drawing on the knowledge, skills and experience of our people. We have a Training Calendar offering a range of behavioural skills courses on a regular basis, in addition we run a variety of programmes such as product training, management skills and Health & Safety.
Head Office:
Individuals joining Head Office are invited to an Induction day which introduces our brand, culture, people, product and the history of the Company. In addition to this in order to support the Learning and Development requirements of our Head Office teams, we offer a Training calendar and a developmental programme specific to the Buying, Merchandising, Technical and Design functions. Our Intranet system hosts in-house 'In the know' guides and we subscribe to a Virtual Learning Resource Centre that contains a wealth of Learning and Development information.
For each department, specialist training can be provided in order to develop skills specific to individual roles. We are committed to supporting your development so you can progress your career with the Monsoon Accessorize brand.
Retail:
Individuals joining our branches receive a comprehensive induction relevant to their role, supported by an interactive induction manual to ensure all areas of their new role are covered and can be referred back to as required, resulting in a confident transition to the new role.
Managers have access to regular training days covering skills, processes and product. We also run a series of development programmes for those individuals looking to progress within Monsoon Accessorize. These exist for a variety of management positions to ease the transition into a new management role and combine workshops with practical branch based projects and activities.
For Sales Assistants we offer 'Create the Magic' - a toolkit of resources and activities to ensure our teams are the very best.
