Yes you can. Although the selection criteria may be similar, most of our positions are very different. So please think about the type of role that will suit your skill set and your ultimate career goals, and only apply for appropriate vacancies.
There is nothing to stop you from applying but in order for us to process your application, you must be able to demonstrate to us that you are eligible to work in the UK. We will ask you to be able to confirm this during the selection process. If you are not eligible to work in the UK, we will not offer you employment with us.
Yes you will. You will receive a confirmation email advising you that you haven’t been successful and why. We will also advise you of what we will do with your details and application.

We do have some opportunities for work experience but they tend to be very limited, usually consisting of placements between 1 – 4 weeks and generally in our Buying, Merchandising or Design teams. To be considered for work experience, you will need to be currently studying a relevant course and hoping to pursue a career in your chosen field. In order to take up a work experience placement, you must be able to travel daily into our Head Office which is based in West London.

We offer a limited number of industrial placements in our departments including Design and Technical Services. A placement is an ideal way to gain valuable practical experience in working in a commercial environment and see what the world of work is like behind the scenes. Our expectations of placement students are high as you would expect. You will be working in a real role with real responsibility from day one.
In order to be eligible to be considered for an industrial placement, you must be an undergraduate and currently studying a relevant course. You will need to be able to spend between 6 – 12 months in the industry. To take an industrial placement, you will need to be able to travel daily to our head office which is based in West London. As part of your placement, you can expect to receive regular reviews to help you track your progress.

To get into Buying, Merchandising or Design, you will need to start in an entry level role which is either as a Buyers Administration Assistant, Merchandise Administration Assistant or Design Assistant. Join as a Sales Assistant, work towards your Senior Sales Assistant level and then apply for a Floor Manager ‘Unlocking Potential’ training scheme.

We have many International branches around the world in over 50 markets. Local franchise partners operate these branches and are responsible for their own recruitment in their local market. Their staff are employed by them, not Monsoon Accessorize. We do have an International Operations function based in Head Office that liaises closely with our franchise partners. Any vacancies in this team will be advertised under our Head Office opportunities.
