Preparing For Your Interview

Congratulations! You have been shortlisted for interview at Monsoon Accessorize. Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your interview with us:

Always do your research – it is essential to get to know the company that you are applying to work for. Take time to familiarise yourself with our company and our values, our branches and our product and of course the role that you are applying for!

Know the location, time and date of your interview and who you will be meeting. Familiarise yourself with the location and plan your route, always leaving plenty of time to arrive with time to spare.

Be prepared to discuss your work experience and career history at your interview. We want to find out as much about you as possible.

Think about any questions you might like to ask your interviewer. Whilst we may be interviewing you for the role, you will be interviewing us as a prospective employer.

Remember to bring your current passport with you as you will be asked for this at interview. In order for us to progress your application you will need to be able to prove your entitlement to work in the UK. If you do not hold a current passport contact a member of the Resourcing team prior to your interview.
