Click and Collect FREE DELIVERY
You can have your order delivered to one of our 50 Click and Collect Monsoon stores. Delivery is 2-4 working days to your chosen store (not including bank holidays):

During checkout, select the option for Click and Collect or an alternative address (after you've entered your name and address). Select Click and Collect as your option and either enter a postcode to find the nearest store or select a store from the list. Before you finish checking out, make sure you select the FREE Click and Collect delivery option.
The store team will contact you when your order arrives so please ensure you leave a daytime telephone number. When collecting your order, please ensure you have a copy of your order despatch email as proof of purchase. If you have not collected your order within 7 days of being contacted, the order will be returned to our warehouse and your items will be refunded.

United Kingdom Saturday £7.95
For Saturday delivery, you must place your order by 2pm the Friday before the Saturday you want your items delivered. Orders placed using this option and prior to the above cut off time will be delivered on the following Saturday regardless of the day placed e.g. a Saturday order placed on Monday will be delivered Saturday of that week. You may receive an order despatch email earlier than the Friday prior to your delivery but your order will still be delivered on the Saturday.
Saturday delivery is not available for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes:

United Kingdom Next Day £5.95
For next working day delivery, you must place your order before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Next Day delivery is not available for the Channel Islands.

Our Standard Delivery service is 3-7 working days. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays

UK orders must have a valid postcode. Orders placed without a valid postcode may be delayed.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

General Information for all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom
All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, we will contact you.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for International delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for International delivery. Monsoon Accessorize Ltd. do not offer any assistance in this process.
All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.
All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
